Ordering and personalization

What can I put on a canvas?

That depends on the design. Most let you enter two names and a wedding date. Vow and lyric designs take a longer block of text, and map or star-chart designs ask for a location and date. Each product page lists the fields it accepts.

Will I see a proof before it prints?

The text you type is printed as entered, so the personalization fields on the product page are your final check. Please read names and dates letter by letter before checkout. If you spot a mistake afterward, email us during the 24-hour window after checkout and we will fix it at no charge.

Can I use lyrics from a famous song?

Song lyrics are protected by copyright. We print short lyric excerpts as a personal keepsake for your own home, but we may decline orders that reproduce whole songs, artist names or logos. More on this on our Customization page.

Production and shipping

How long until my canvas arrives?

Production takes 3–5 business days. Delivery within the United States then takes 5–8 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes, for every order shipped to a US address. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination, and the exact cost appears at checkout.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking number once your parcel ships. You can also use the Track Order page.

Changes, returns and problems

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancelling during the 24-hour window after checkout is free. After that, and before the order ships, a 15% cancellation fee applies.

Can I return a personalized canvas?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies unless the item arrived damaged or with a production error.

My canvas arrived damaged. What now?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the canvas and box. Once confirmed, we reprint or refund at no cost to you.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See the Warranty page.

Caring for and hanging your canvas

What material are the prints?

Our prints are made on canvas. Each product page lists the material and any frame or hanging details for that item.

How do I clean it?

Dust lightly with a dry, soft cloth or a soft brush. Do not use water, glass cleaner or any spray, and do not rub hard on the printed surface.

Where should I hang it?

Choose an indoor wall away from direct sunlight, radiators, heaters and damp areas such as bathrooms. Strong sun can fade prints over time, and moisture can affect the canvas and frame.

Any tips for hanging?

Use a wall anchor or hook rated for the weight of the piece and suited to your wall type. A common rule of thumb is to place the center of the canvas at roughly eye level. Above a bed or sofa, leave some space between the furniture and the bottom edge so the piece does not look crowded.
