These terms apply to your use of nameweddings.com and to any order you place with Name Weddings. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Products

We sell personalized canvas prints that are made to order. Product photos and previews show the layout and style of a design; the finished print uses the text you enter. Colors and canvas texture can look slightly different in person than on a screen.

2. Personalization you provide

You are responsible for the names, dates, text and images you submit. Please review them carefully before checkout; we print what you enter. By submitting content you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the content uses other people’s trademarks, characters or copyrighted artwork, or is offensive or unlawful.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before producing the order and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Production and shipping

Production takes 3–5 business days. Shipping to US addresses is free and takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays are outside our control.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders can be cancelled or changed at no charge during the 24-hour window after checkout. Later cancellations before shipping carry a 15% fee. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee unless the item was damaged, defective or misprinted. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 6. Warranty

Our products carry a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as described on the Warranty page.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, text, product designs, templates and images belong to Name Weddings or are used with permission. You may not copy or resell them without written permission. See our Copyright page.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape content in bulk, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with other customers’ use of the site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
