Track Your Order

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the current status of your order. Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent after you paid.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What each stage means

  • Processing: your order is confirmed and your canvas is in production. This stage takes 3–5 business days.
  • Completed / shipped: your parcel has left the studio. We email the carrier tracking number at this point. US deliveries take 5–8 business days from here.

If tracking looks stuck

Carrier tracking sometimes pauses for a few days while a parcel moves between hubs, especially on international routes. If there is no update for an unusually long time, email us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.
