Warranty

Every canvas print from Name Weddings comes with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, counted from the date of delivery.

What the warranty covers

• Ink that flakes, peels or lifts from the canvas under normal indoor use.
• Canvas that separates from its frame or backing, where the product includes one.
• Frame bars that split or come apart at the joints under normal hanging, where the product includes a frame.
• Production faults that were not visible on arrival and show up later.

What it does not cover

• Damage from water, moisture, heat sources or prolonged direct sunlight.
• Scratches, dents, tears or punctures from handling, moving or accidents.
• Damage from cleaning products, solvents or wet cloths.
• Slow color change caused by strong light over time.
• Spelling or date errors that were entered by the customer at checkout.
• Problems visible on arrival that were not reported within 7 days of delivery. These are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

How to make a claim

1. Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem.
2. Attach photos of the whole canvas and a close-up of the defect.
3. We review the claim and reply during support hours.

If the claim is approved, we will reprint the same design and size and ship it to you at no charge. If the same item can no longer be produced, we will offer a refund of the item price instead.
