Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, page layouts, product designs, typography layouts, templates, graphics and photos on this site belong to Name Weddings or are used under license. They are protected by copyright law. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell or redistribute our designs or images without our written permission.

Content you provide

When you personalize a canvas, you keep all rights to your own words, names and photos. By placing an order, you give us and our partner print studios a limited permission to use that content only to produce, ship and support your order.

You also confirm that you own the content or have the right to use it. Please do not submit:

• photos taken by a professional photographer unless your agreement with them allows prints;
• artwork, logos or characters belonging to other companies;
• full song lyrics, poems or book passages that you do not have rights to reproduce.

We may decline or cancel, with a full refund, any order that appears to use protected material without permission.

Short quotations and lyrics

Many couples want a line from their first-dance song or a favorite reading. We print short excerpts, chosen by you, for private display in your own home. Lyric designs are always personalized to one order; we do not print artist names, album art or band logos.
