Personalization Guide

Every Name Weddings canvas is personalized before it is printed. This guide walks you through filling in your details so the finished piece reads exactly the way you want.

1. Pick a design and size

Browse the collections: couple name canvases, vows and song lyrics, maps and star charts of where you said “I do”, and anniversary designs. Choose a size from the options on the product page.

2. Fill in the personalization fields

Each design has its own fields. Typical ones include:

• Names: enter them the way you want them printed, for example first names only, or first and last.
• Wedding date: double-check the day, month and year. Some designs spell the date out; others use numbers.
• Vows, readings or lyrics: paste the text in the order it should appear. Longer passages are set in smaller type to fit the size you chose, so a larger canvas suits longer text.
• Location: for map and star-chart designs, enter the venue or city, the date, and the time if the design asks for it.

3. Check before you pay

We print text exactly as entered, including capital letters, punctuation and spelling. A quick checklist:

• Read each name letter by letter, including accents.
• Confirm the date with your partner or the couple you are buying for.
• Look for doubled spaces or missing words in longer text.

4. Changes after checkout

Spotted a mistake? Email us during the 24-hour window after checkout with your order number and the corrected wording. Changes in that window are free. After it, production may have started; see our Return & Refund Policy for what applies.

What we can and cannot print

We are happy to print your own words, names and short lyric or reading excerpts for personal display. We cannot print logos, cartoon characters, brand names, or artwork that belongs to someone else. Orders with that kind of content may be cancelled with a full refund. Details are on our Copyright page.

Material and care

Designs are printed on canvas. Keep the finished piece indoors, away from direct sun and moisture, and dust it with a dry, soft cloth.
