This policy explains what personal information Name Weddings (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit nameweddings.com or place an order, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and order details: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and phone number if you choose to enter one.
• Personalization content: the names, dates, vows, song lyrics, places or other text you ask us to print, and any image you upload for a design.
• Messages: what you write when you email us, including photos sent with a damage or warranty claim.

Payment information

Card and wallet payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe; we do not see or store it. We receive limited details such as the card brand, last four digits and payment status.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, recorded in standard server logs.
• Cookie data, described in the Cookies section below.

How we use your information

• To produce, ship and deliver your order, including printing the personalization you supplied.
• To send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates.
• To answer questions and handle cancellations, returns, damage reports and warranty claims.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent payments and misuse of the site.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
• To keep the site working and fix technical problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.

Who receives your information

We share only what each party needs to do its job:

• Partner print studios receive your personalization content and shipping details so they can print and pack your canvas.
• Shipping carriers receive your name, shipping address and, where provided, phone number to deliver the parcel.
• Stripe receives payment details to process and secure your payment.
• Our hosting and email service providers store site data and deliver our emails on our behalf.
• Public bodies, when we are required to disclose information by law.

Cookies

Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We use:

• Essential cookies set by WordPress and WooCommerce to keep items in your cart, remember your session, and complete checkout.
• Payment cookies set by Stripe during checkout to help prevent fraud.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If essential cookies are blocked, the cart and checkout will not work correctly.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Uploaded images and personalization text are kept only as long as needed to produce your order and handle any follow-up claim. Support emails are kept while a request is open and for a reasonable period afterward.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is wrong;
• ask us to delete your personal information;
• object to or limit certain uses of your information.

To make any of these requests, email support@nameweddings.com with the subject “Privacy request” from the email address used on your order. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. Some records, such as invoices, may have to be kept for legal reasons even after a deletion request; we will tell you if that applies.

Security

The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to process your order. No method of storing or sending data online can be made completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
