Shipping Policy

Every Name Weddings canvas is printed for one specific order, so delivery happens in two stages: production first, then transit. This page explains both.

Stage 1: production

Once your order is confirmed, production takes 3–5 business days. In that time your design file is prepared with your names, date and text, printed on canvas by one of our partner print studios, finished, checked and packed.

International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. The checkout page shows the shipping cost for your address before you pay.

Estimated total time

For a US address, add the two stages together: 3–5 business days of production plus 5–8 business days in transit. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.

If the print is for a wedding, shower or anniversary on a fixed date, please order early enough to allow for the full range.

Tracking

When your parcel leaves the studio, we email you a tracking number. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page with your order number and billing email.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before paying. If you notice a mistake, email us during the 24-hour window after checkout and we will correct it. After a parcel has shipped, we cannot redirect it; a package returned to us because of an incorrect address can be sent again, and the second shipment may carry a fee.

Customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are collected by the carrier or local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your canvas arrives damaged, contact us. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the print and the box. See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens next.
