- The name and email used at checkout.
- For a damaged or misprinted canvas: clear photos of the print and of the shipping box.
- For a change to names, dates or text: the exact wording you want, spelled out in full.
Time-sensitive requests
Orders can be cancelled or edited free of charge during the 24-hour window after checkout. If you need to fix a typo or cancel, email us as soon as you can and put “Change request” or “Cancel request” in the subject line.
