RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Items must be flawed or damaged in order to be eligible.
- Returns have to be sent via registered mail
- Delivered item has defective print, wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, wrong design, wrong style and faulty.
- All items have to be in their original packaging and well-packed for shipping
- A print-out of the invoice must be included
- Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).

To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Submit a return request within 14 days after receiving your goods. After this period, your right to return is forfeited. Goods returned prior to submitting your request are considered forfeit.

Once your return request is approved, please proceed with the following:
- Pack the items securely in a nylon bag or any suitable packaging with the order ID included.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the order.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (within a month).
